Overview

GE HealthCare B2B Ecommerce in India :

In light of the ongoing digitalization and the rising influence of e-commerce, large B2B organizations are investing heavily in digital experiences and launching online products and services. This trend aims to enhance customer experiences by drawing inspiration from the B2C behavior observed in platforms like Amazon. It is projected that, by 2023, the online channel's penetration in North America for purchasing medical devices and supplies will reach approximately 16% compared to the traditional field sales channel.

Considering this potential, GEHC has already launched its online e-commerce platform in developed markets like the US and Europe, receiving positive feedback from customers. Building on this success, GEHC introduced its GEHC India e-commerce website. In order to maximize its online presence in the Indian market, GE HealthCare seeks answers to crucial questions regarding key players among B2B OEMs serving customers through online channels, the current market opportunity for selling medical devices and supplies via e-commerce in India, the barriers preventing customers from purchasing small and medium medical equipment online, and the feasibility and requirements for increasing investment in the online channel in India.
